I am a health admistration Masters student with a passion for helping students with their educational studies - specializing in chemistry and algebra. I have four plus years of private tutoring experience with middle and high school students. My tutoring website (www.chemistryandalgebra101.com) provides step-by-step video tutorials on common chemistry topics and related algebra skills to help students become comfortable with homework problems. I obtained my undergrad degree in public health and a minor in chemistry.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start with a trial first session to get a better understanding of what the student needs help with. If the student believes I am a good fit, I start planning with the student on the topics he/she needs assistance with. If the student does not think I am a good fit, I do not charge for the first lesson.
