The Metanabi
About
I am sincere when it comes to realizing goals. One of my greatest joys is helping people to achieve their dreams, and guide them towards their accomplishment. In my 15 plus years of teaching and coaching, I have challenged and been challenged to the limit. Through observation of what actually works, I consider each student carefully, and map out the road to success. I have taught foriegn students from around the world in business, undergraduates, graduates levels, elementary through high school and GED. I've taken students who were struggling to pass their writing courses to graduate with top honors. I have a simple philosophy on learning, "practice makes perfect", partnered with a dynamic style to make it enjoyable for both of us. Who says learning can't be fun?
I enjoy that "aha!" moment when someone "gets it". I know that my job is finished when a student starts to anticipate their own mistakes, and self-corrects. Learning is never one-sided. In fact, I've learned more from my students than I have taught them, and have gratitude for those who are humble in their mind. I enjoy seeing confidence grow within someone who may have doubted themselves. To see someone who lacked that inner strength, now overflow with power and certainty is the greatest payment I can recieve. When the light comes on, my work is done.

Business execs, managers, university students (undergrad and graduate levels), and elementary though high school, as well as private lessond for students looking to improve for social advancement.

We recently celebrated Holloween, and are now about to celebrate Thanksgiving. Sharing food and culture to open the students mind about not only the language, but also the culture really motivates me. We become an extended family, and continue to grow and share, even after the goals have been reached.
