For the past 26 years, I have worked as a math and science educator in California. Currently I am employed by Huntington Beach Union High School District and Orange Coast College, last year I taught Earth Science, Chemistry, AP Computer Science and Engineering.

I received my M.S. in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton in 2022 where I was awarded both Graduate Academic Honors and an Academic Distinction Award. Additionally I hold a B.S. in Hydrologic Science from the University of California, Davis 1997 where I was nominated as an outstanding senior and recieved a departmental citation.

I hold teaching credentials from the State of California to teach all levels of Math, Geoscience and Chemistry. I have taught ESL, Physics, Sheltered Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1A, Algebra 1B, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Calculus, Chemistry, AP Chemistry, Earth Science, ACT Prep, SAT Prep and Engineering.

I have encountered all types of students ESL, special education, low performing, and high performing. I pride myself on both my knowledge of the subject matter and my professionalism as an educator.
