Business Law Tutor

Hello. I am a semi-retired business and corporate attorney located in Orange County. I have over 30 years of experience, including civil and criminal jury trials in LA and OC. During the last 15 years my legal practice focused on service as a General Counsel to a medium size manufacturer and entertainment company.

I can provide guidance and tutoring for the law school subjects of civil and criminal procedure, constitutional law, insurance, tax, federal jurisdiction, and trial preparation/presentation.

Additionally, I can assist high school students with writing, editing, history, philosophy, and debate.

Since I enjoyed a successful career, I can offer my assistance for the low rate of $30 per hour.
