Conway's English Class

Hello my name is Demond Conways; I am currently a psychology student with a minor in English. I am a hardworking, flexible person with a strong drive to succeed. My long term objective is to earn my PH.D and to eventually create my own practice focusing on child development. I hope to obtain a position with you in order become more immersed in my community and the people in it, while developing relationships, skills, and experience that will help be grow into the doctor that I wish to become. I feel that working as a English tutor with its local and “home’ish environment is the perfect place for me to learn and grow for someone who wishes to own and operate his own practice one day, as well as to help your child develop and maximize their potential to become writers that will excel at the college-level and beyond.

As a student and an aspiring doctor, I have always been enamored with literature of all genres and by consequence learning in general. This spilled over into a love of learning, however due to my lack of resources, I found myself unable to properly express myself through the use of words. This drove me to teach myself about the intricacies of literature on my own. Having gone through that helped me develop a drive to not only improve myself but to help urge, cultivate, and develop other children's love of literature and learning as well.
