Physics, Math, French, All Levels : The Next Level In Tutoring
About
Hello, My name is Dr Yves Boiteux.
I teach/ tutor Math and Physics (and French) at all levels from Elementary School to College.
I explain what is important in the School curriculum, and where the material will be applied in Real life, since I am, by trade, an Engineer, then a Scientist, then a Business man, and finally a born teacher.
I help students with homework and all Test preparations.
I hold a PhD from UC Berkeley in Engineering with minors in Math and Physics, but I keep the theory to a minimum.
I teach with a good sense of humor, and I am patient with all my students, flexible on rescheduling when needed, and can even give full lectures if requested.
For Advanced Students I will teach you all the tricks I know, that are not taught in US High school, but can save you time in the AP exams. I will teach you to become a good or a better test taker. I am bringing the advanced students to the Next Level in their understanding of the World of Science and Engineering.
In French, I am expert in French grammar (yep!) and will not only teach you the sounds, the words, but also put all of this in context with French Culture, Geography, and History.
I have had dozens of satisfied students scoring well (4-5) in AP exams.
