ello! My name is Michelle, and I am an elementary school teacher with experience working with students in grades K–5. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, develop strong academic skills, and discover that learning can be both engaging and enjoyable.

When working with me, students can expect a patient, supportive, and encouraging environment where mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn and grow. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor my teaching approach to meet each student's individual needs, learning style, and pace. My goal is to help students feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and celebrating their progress along the way.

As a classroom teacher, I have experience teaching reading, writing, math, and foundational academic skills. I regularly work with students at a variety of ability levels and understand how to break down challenging concepts into manageable steps. I also focus on building confidence and independence so that students not only improve academically but also develop a positive attitude toward learning.

I believe I will do an excellent job because I combine professional teaching experience with genuine care for each student's success. I am organized, dependable, and committed to helping students reach their goals. Whether a student needs extra support, skill reinforcement, or enrichment opportunities, I strive to make every lesson meaningful, engaging, and productive.
