I am excited to help students learn and develop habits to promote academic success. I hope to leave students with tactics and an understanding of the concepts of mathematics/engineering that will allow them to excel in their academic class/courses. I look forward to meeting new students and helping them work through their studies

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to hear from the student and get a read on where they may be struggling. I would ask brief questions about their process to get a idea and assess from their point of view, why they came to this session. Then I would ask if they have any problems that they are having trouble with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tutored in high school through the honors society. I'm a currently enrolled college student at Loyola Marymount University and in the engineering program. I'm well versed in many subjects pertaining to mathematics and a few sciences.
