About
I have over 15 years of experience in academics and mental health, and I’ve cherished every moment of helping clients grow, solve challenges, and reach their potential.
I hold a BA in Psychology from UCLA and an MA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY). As a therapist specializing in working with children, I integrate my psychological expertise into coaching sessions to meet each client’s unique needs. My experience includes supporting individuals diagnosed with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, bipolar disorder, and OCD.
My executive function coaching focuses on skills like study habits, test preparation (e.g., G&T, Hunter Test, ISEE/SSAT, SAT, ACT, TACHS), life and academic organization, and academic support across subjects such as Math (Algebra I & II, Geometry), Reading Comprehension, Writing, Social Studies, and Psychology. I use clinically based tools tailored to clients with learning disabilities, providing effective strategies to enhance their progress and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, from pre-K to college. Each client has become part of my journey and passion for empowering individuals to overcome obstacles. Witnessing their growth and success is deeply rewarding, and I am honored to support their academic and personal development.
