About
I have
- 6 summers teaching Kindergarten age children basic skills. Previously tutored younger kids up through fourth grade in almost all subjects.
- Great at communicating with all different types of people and ages
- Specifically for speech related items: I have competed in and qualified for many competitions specifically for public speaking including a national level competition
- I have taken two AP English Courses: I am currently going through AP Literature, and have gone through AP Language and Composition and passed the test. I get an average of a 7-7.5 on my AP level Essays with College Board's 1-9 scale.
I enjoy everything. I love helping kids learn especially when they learn to enjoy what they do. Learning shouldn't be a chore it should be something we can find some enjoyment and payoff of hard work in.

Everything I do has been learned, by my experiences teaching other students. My own siblings to my work teaching in a classroom.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices very; they fall between $25-35 per hour
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching kids when I was in fifth grade. That sounds young, but I started teaching children basic skills like the ABC's in a preschool classroom. As I got older I got to teach more and more until I was almost running an entire classroom of children and teaching them all the skills they needed to learn. From there I spent a short amount of time working with special needs kids, before the program got discontinued.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids from kindergarten age all the way through high school.
