Jasmine F

Hi! My name is Jasmine, but my students usually call me Miss F. I have a BA in English Literature and am enrolled in an MA Program for Secondary Education. I am a substitute teacher that has served continuously in English and Social Studies class rooms, often for extended periods of time. Throughout my academic and professional careers, I have gained tremendous knowledge of a variety of subjects across the English and Social Studies spheres. My experience in tutoring is extensive, with much of my in-classroom time being spent aiding students in improving their understanding of the material that has been introduced. I strive to ensure that students are confident in their comprehension, and am more than happy to adjust my teaching methods to each individual student’s needs and abilities. At the end of each tutoring session, it is my goal that students and parents not only see tangible progress, but that the student feels confident in their ability to continue learning.
