My service stands out by including, Intuitive understanding of each problem, thorough answers to questions students were unable to ask during class time, and the student will have completed homework. Our sessions always end with what the student believes was helpful and what will be the primary focus of our next session.
I am with the MESA program and that stands for Math, Engineering, Science and Architecture, as a math tutor for all students on campus. Algebra, Geometry, statistics, and pre-calculus are what I currently see and work with students on every day. I have noticed more motivation and better math scores in each of the students I've been given the opportunity to work with. It inspires me to connect with more students! All ages.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Letting my student get to know their tutor is important to build trust with my student. They should know where my credentials come from and why they can trust in my guidance to succeed in math.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a full-time Mathematics major who works extremely well with kids, teenagers, and young adults.
