Fun fact: I once ran a mile in 4:20 exactly! Hi, my name is Max, and I love working with students. For me, tutoring is most rewarding when a new concept “clicks” with a student - their excitement is contagious, and it’s a privilege to be able to help them reach that point! On a more personal level, I am an enthusiastic and outdoorsy type of person. I look forward to working with you!

I partner with students on a one-on-one basis in the SAT and ACT through SoFlo Tutors, my tutoring agency. I scored in the top percentile on both exams, graduated from Willamette University with a degree in Political Science, and have been tutoring with SoFlo for 3 years. Our methodology is analysis, strategy, and practice. We will diagnose your strengths and weaknesses, create a plan, and practice until perfected!
