College Tutor
About
I am a college student, currently a junior year but senior standing at the Honors College at the University of Arizona. I am able to tutor students not only the material but tips and tricks I personally learned in college. I am more relatable and understand what students may be stuck on.
Tutoring students also helps me solidify my own knowledge and understanding of the material. I love to help students who are struggling with class material because I know even a little boost can help them thrive in class.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually have the student or parent send me what they are currently learning and what they recently learned about so I can prep material before sessions. Sessions are about an hour and we will go through explanations and problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a junior that is senior standing in the Honors College at the University of Arizona. My major is Physiology and Medical Sciences, with minors in Spanish, Biochemistry, and Statistics and Data Science. I am also a pre-medical student and have experience in working in the medical field and in research. I was accepted into a summer research program UBRP and I know how to write personal statements, CV resumes, and applications to scholarships that are more competitive and appealing.
