About
I tailor the learning to each student by learning as much as possible about their background. I love to make learning fun so that students enjoy each lesson, as they advance. If something is not working for a student then we can adjust to their needs.
It's great being a teacher/tutor because, whether I'm teaching adults or children, it gives me satisfaction that I can make a difference by advancing their educaiton. I'm a people person so online teaching gives me an excellent opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. I enjoy this greatly!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a middle school English Language Development teacher. I am 9 units short of my teaching certificate and will complete it within 6 months. I have taught ESL for two years to immigrants, children and adults, full time. I have also been a literacy volunteer, teaching adults to speak English.
