My background includes serving as a substitute teacher in Germany with the DOD school environments. Most recently, I worked within a high-volume DOD schools overseas for grades pre-k to 8th graders. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as low test scores in all academics, a strong creative knowledge working within a team to encouraging students to succeed through their own strengths, and classroom management
