About

Hi there! My name is Brianna Dilodilo, a tutor located in Surprise, Arizona. Academics have always been paramount in my life and I would love to influence younger students to feel the same about their education. In high school, I was ranked in the top 1% of my class and graduated with a 4.4 GPA. I completed coursework through the school's Honors and Advanced Placement programs as well as earned experience with higher level math such as Pre-Calculus and Calculus.

I have been a tutor for over two years and have experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school. Though my main focus as a tutor is Math, I am able to provide aid in English, Science, and History. Before any tutoring begins I like to have a consultation meeting with parents to discuss their students needs and what they are hoping to gain from tutoring. From there, I develop a solid tutoring plan that includes pre-assessments, worksheets, and study guides.

If you are interested in having me tutor your student or have any questions, please contact me at [email protected].

Thank you for visiting my profile!

My favorite part about being a tutor is directly watching a student's progression throughout the weeks. It is absolutely heartwarming to see a student's face light up when they finally understand a concept or correctly solve a difficult problem. I love to see that joy and confidence build within the student.

Frequently asked questions

Before any tutoring begins I like to have a consultation meeting with parents to discuss their students needs and what they are hoping to gain from tutoring. From there, I develop a solid tutoring plan that includes pre-assessments, worksheets, and study guides. During tutoring sessions, we begin working on any mandatory assignments from either their school or parents and then work on the individualized worksheets or study guides I developed.

I began tutoring on my high school campus as a volunteer with the National Honor Society. Every week, I would tutor my peers in Algebra, Geometry, Science, and English.

I have worked with students in elementary, middle and high school as well as individuals with ADD/ADHD.
