About
Hi. With a degree in economics (BS ASU WP Carey With Highest Honors 2015) I focus on Math and Economics. While I have done math up to Game Theory and Mathematical Economics for the time being I'm going to focus on lower levels as I work to refresh my expertise in higher levels.
Economics is a constant battle of trying to figure out how to get the data to study the phenomenon you want; the positive offshoot of that is you get very comfortable making up problems and converting data. Whatever a students interests I can likely use those skills to make math relevant, and hopefully interesting, to them.
I am also dyslexic and ADHD so if your student is struggling with those issues I was a student who both failed out of school and then returned to be in the top rankings of the class and graduation. I may be able to provide some insight, tips, tricks, and negotiation tactics with teachers and professors on that front.
