Jacob Porter

Hello! I am a full time undergraduate student at Arizona State University’s Ira A Fulton School of Engineering! I am studying Computer Science, and have a deep passion for STEM. I was once a struggling math and science student all throughout high school and didn’t think I was cut out for college until I figured out key insights into learning that changed not only my math and science skills, but also every other class I took in both High school and college! My goal for all my students is to be the teacher and coach that I wish I had when going through school, and teach every student that the tools and skills for success are right in front of them, and that they use them more than they think! I wish to prove to everyone of my students that behind every complicated or difficult problem is an opportunity to prove to one’s self and others that they are more capable than they previously thought.
