I have been in the teaching profession for 23 years and have worked in the Valley of the Sun during that time. I am now retired and looking for students that I can continue to assist with their reading and writing education. I have a master's degree in English Education and Gifted Students. A majority of my educational years were spent in 6th to 8th grade. I would love the opportunity to assist more students to achieve their goals.

What I enjoy most about education is watching a childs growth in academics. All students learn at a different pace. Children will grow once they feel liked and are confident in the person teaching them.

I have worked assisting in classrooms since I was 16, I taught English in Japan, and for the last 3 years have been teaching in elementary schools as the primary teacher. I have special certification in LTRS as well, which is a specialized program in helping students learn how to read and write. I would love to help your child achieve their goals this year.

I am a college student pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in the subject of English/Language Arts. I am in my junior year, and I want to become a teacher. Through tutoring, I hope to genuinely help you improve your writing and grades. I can help with any grade level and any topic within English/Language Arts. I just want to see students succeed. If I can bring you from a B to an A, or an F to a A, then we have done great work together.

My name is Amelia, and I am currently a high school student. I have quite a bit of experience working with kids, as I am a swim instructor as well as an after school reading program assistant with Read Better Be Better. I love working with kids because seeing them improve and seeing their smiles makes my day beautiful :)
