Raquel Jimenez

Hello! my name is Raquel Jimenez, and I'm passionate about helping students learn,grow, and build confidence in their abilities. I have six years of experience working with children as a teacher aide in a private school, where I supported students with different learning styles and academic needs in the classroom. In addition to my school experience , I have also homeschooled my own children which has strengthened my patience , creativity ,and ability to adapt lessons to fit each child's individual needs. Students working with me can expect a supportive,encouraging, and positive learning enviroment where they feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I believe every child can succeed when they are given the right guidance ,understanding, and motivation. My hands-on experience both in the classroom and at home has give me the skills to connect with students, make learning engaging , and help them feel confident and successful , which is why I know I will do an excellent job as tutor.
