Making Learning Fun
About
My Name is Tyler Douglas and I am currently a senior at Grand Canyon University studying Behavioral Health Science with a minor in Forensic Psychology. I have always loved school and excelled in the classroom. I currently have a 3.6 GPA and am preparing to apply to graduate school next fall. I am very visual and hands on learner so I excel in teaching children of all ages my tips and tricks to learning and making learning fun and exciting. Writing, reading, literature, and proofreading are my strong suits for tutoring middle and high school ages kids but can help k-6 with any subjects. I love building relationships with the children I am tutoring and offer a loving and understanding environment to make them feel as comfortable as possible and have a little fun while still learning and getting work done.
English has always been my strong suit and throughout my undergraduate experience I have written at least two papers every week and often proofread my peers papers. I scored high in the reading and writing portions of the ACT and have always just had a love for reading and writing.
I am looking forward to helping as many students as possible
