About
When I was an undergraduate at Harvard, I had the unique opportunity to provide academic enrichment to students from all around the world. From this experience, I have learned that students' needs, perspectives, and skillsets are very diverse. As such, I always make sure to create lessons plans that are adaptable to a student's circumstance at any particular moment in time.
What I enjoy most is helping students become more confident in their ability to overcome challenges. I also love interacting with students on a deeper level so that they can make connections between their schoolwork and their personal lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My initial discussion with a student is centered around the student's academic goals as well as their current weak points. Knowing what a student would like to accomplish and improve upon helps me tailor my tutoring sessions to their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a recent college graduate with experience tutoring and mentoring middle and high school students. I have tutored all subjects in the past four years, but I especially enjoy teaching math, science, and preparing students for the SAT and ACT.
What types of students have you worked with?
Having tutored in Boston and Arizona, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds. I have also had students with varying personalities and academic abilities. I love developing close relationships with all of my students and hope to have a positive influence on their academic careers.
