Sydney Gonzales

I am a recent graduate from Missouri State University, McQueary College of Health and Human services where I majored in Psychology and minored in History. Throughout my college career, I have tutoring 2nd graders, 3rd graders, 4th graders, and 5th graders in reading, writing, and social studies. My goal, as a tutor, is to help students achieve academic success and gain confidence in their learning capabilities. I will assess the students and provide appropriate responses and feedback to suite their academic needs. I strive to ensure that my students and their parents feel good about their progress so I welcome feedback from parents and students. I prioritize communicating with my students and work to get to know them on an individual level as this can help me understand their personal and academic goals.
