I am a retired 30-year university professor, living in Thailand. My online instruction keeps me busy and occupied with my students, and provides me with a little spending cash. I love teaching young minds reading, writing, and critical thinking in the English language. I am TEFL certified, and can also help with college applications and prep-work.

I worked for 11 years in a school district in Arkansas as an English language arts teacher before deciding to change to tutoring in 2019. Since then, I have successfully tutored all ages in areas related to reading, writing, study skills/organization, test prep, etc. I have a BA in English and a master's in secondary education. I prefer to work remotely via Zoom, and I can provide client references, if necessary. I love helping students build skills and confidence!
