I am a retired 30-year university professor, living in Thailand. My online instruction keeps me busy and occupied with my students, and provides me with a little spending cash. I love teaching young minds reading, writing, and critical thinking in the English language. I am TEFL certified, and can also help with college applications and prep-work.

I decided to start A+ Tutoring Services as a way to share that passion and assist others that may need a little extra help in this area. While obtaining my Bachelor's in English Literature from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, I realized my passion for editing and the playfulness of words and word placement. Let's be real, as a student, writing papers can seem tedious and arduous; even as adults, knowing which writing styles to use for certain occasions can be intimidating. My goal is to equip anyone with the right tools and guidance to minimize the stress and get the results you desire.

Hello my name is Derrian Brown I’m currently a college student. I’m graduating with honors and I’m also a National Collegiate Scholar. My major is in audio production because of my love for sound and music and every art form of entertainment. My favorite subject in school has always been English and social studies.
