About
I am a certified teacher, with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K through 4th), Middle School Math (4th-8th) certification, and a Master's in Special Education (Pre-K through 12th).
I have taught in public school for 8 years, but have also worked in developmental daycares and adult developmental centers. Throughout the years, I have helped a number of students from elementary through college. I homeschooled my special needs child throughout her high school years, and my gifted child for one year.
I love to learn, and I love to help others learn.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always dreamed of being a teacher, since I was just in grade school myself. After I became the parent to a child with special healthcare needs, I decided to become a special educator.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students from preschool through college, in a variety of subjects. I have also worked with infants/toddlers and adults with developmental disabilities.
