I am currently a Sophomore University student at Purdue.
I earned scores of 5 on both AP Calculus AB/BC and AP Statistics, along with passing with As both semesters on all three classes.
I have also passed with As on my Calculus III, Financial Mathematics, and Introduction to Statistics in my Freshman Year.
I have always been a mathematically-inclined person. I always liked learning and getting ahead in math. I believe that success and mastery is ultimately about understanding the underlying concepts in the material and applying that understanding across multiple scenarios.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A student would give me some problems, I look through the problems to see what concepts are being asked, and I teach or review with the student about the concepts being asked as we go through the problems. Understanding is not achieved just from solving one or two problems, and that is okay.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is the question or problem asking for? What concepts are being asked about in these sets of questions or problems?
