Anatomy, Physiology, Biology Tutor
About
I am a senior in undergrad at Jacksonville State University. I am majoring in Pre-Health Professional Biology, and have worked as a tutor in biology and Human Anatomy and Physiology at Gadsden State Community College since 2021. In the future, I am planning to teach college level Anatomy and Biology. When I tutor students, they don't just learn from me, as every student I get the honor of helping out teaches me something as well. Tutoring other students helps me to articulate important skills that will be beneficial to me in my career. Every one needs a little extra help from time to time, and I am blessed to be able to help others. I like to keep an open, nonjudgmental, honest, and consistent correspondence with my students. College is hard and can be a big adjustment. There is so much material coming at you so fast, and it can be difficult to navigate. It is my goal to ensure that my students actually understand the material presented to them, in a way that is suited to their personal learning styles. I like to use hands-on learning and visual learning personally. I also like to offer tips and tricks for studying, and time management methods.
