I'm a current undergraduate mathematics major, and I am passionate about the inner workings of this subject. I work collaboratively with my classmates and have helped many of them with algebra and calculus questions they have had on our many late nights staying up doing homework. The most important part of mathematics is that it is a subject that benefits from collaboration and working with others, and I wish to provide students by being another resource to approach mathematics problems, and to work with students to work carefully through problems to understanding concepts.

I am a nursing student at UAA. I’ve taught English and Math for 4+ years. I am passionate about teaching and have a heart for kids. I want my students to thrive not only in school but also in life in general. I have worked with a variety of ages, from kindergarten to seniors in high school. Whatever they get through, I am willing to get through it with them, helping them to have a breakthrough!
