I'm Zand, and I am the #1 tutor on tutors.com. I'm dedicated to making your learning journey a transformative experience. Specializing in ACT, SAT, and PSAT tutoring, I cover a range of subjects including Calculus, pre-Calculus, Algebra 1 & 2, Biology, Chemistry, English reading and writing, and Grammar. A bit about my academic journey: I am currently a senior at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Business Administration. Achieving a perfect score on the ACT and SAT math, I've excelled in 11 Advanced Placement courses, from AP U.S. History to AP Calculus BC. At CMU, I've tackled rigorous coursework in mathematics and statistics, earning high grades in subjects such as Linear Algebra, Multivariate Analysis, Differential Equations, Statistical Graphics & Visualization, and Statistical Computing.
My commitment to your success extends beyond academic achievements. I've successfully guided students into esteemed universities like Cornell, Vanderbilt, Carnegie Mellon, Dartmouth, Caltech, UC Berkeley, Babson, and Amherst College through comprehensive college counseling.
Outside the academic realm, you'll find me enjoying the outdoors, cherishing family time, and immersing myself in podcasts.
