Akhil Inti

I did my M.S. in Astronomy and will be pursuing my Ph.D. next. I studied at The Ohio State University and have a wide range of experience helping students struggling with Math & Physics concepts. I am researching Stellar Astrophysics at my university and enjoy teaching students in my free time. My highest Math education is in Honors Linear Algebra and Differential Equations. I have five years of experience tutoring students in AP Calculus & AP Physics, Algebra, and Calculus. I worked with Wyzant, Superprof, TutorMe and have a rich experience tutoring students.

I use a question-based approach to assess the student's knowledge to help the student understand the concepts needed before solving a problem. I prefer to add questioning to my explanation as it stimulates students' thinking process and ensures they remember the steps involved.
